You can book Designer, Barbara Thulin-Joyce and her team to come to your home, RV, office or yacht for a private design
consultation. Our interior design fee is $150 per hour and travel is included.

Payment information: We
accept PayPal, Master Card and Visa. Check and money orders. NO COD.
Shipping Information: We ship UPS Ground, but we
will gladly ship via your shipping account or offer you other methods. Price will be determined by size, wt and urgency. Please
allow 4-6 weeks for us to custom design and make your piece before we ship it to you. Orders are created in first come first
serve basis and we do not start on any orders unless payment has been made.
Cleaning Information: All products- excluding the Kennel Couture cover-
are machine washable or hand washable in luke warm to cold water and a mild detergent. We recomend air drying for like
new results. High heat will RUIN YOUR ITEM. Our products may always be dry-cleaned, but we urge you to rather
wash them for the health of your pet unless you use an organic dry cleaner. You may need to brush the fur to re-fluff afterwards.
We are not responsible for items that may become damaged from IMPROPER washing or drying. Many people over the years have
called to order new inserts. We asked if the ones they had were ever washed. Ironically we learned they were never washed.
Once they were washed they were like brand new- puffy squishy and wonderful. So before you call please wash your item. OUR
PIECES ARE MEANT TO BE WASHED MILLIONS OF TIMES.
Returns: in 6 years we have never had a return. Should you buy from
us and be unhappy please call us. We live toi give and want you 100% happy. After we speak to you then you may return
your item in unused condition and we will gladly make for you another item to replace it. If we need to repair
a cover for you that has a chewed zipper or a chewed lipcord. We want you to wash it before sending it to us. It will
be a minor repair charge plus the cost of shipping both ways.
Nail Snags: If your pet has sharp
nails we recommend to simply trimming any snags to maintain your treasures beauty.
