Shipping Information: We prefer shipping with UPS Ground, but we will gladly ship via your shipping account with a minor handling charge. Please allow 6-8 weeks for us to design and make your piece before we ship it to you. Orders are in first come first serve basis. 

Cleaning Information: All products excluding the Kennel Couture cover must be machine or hand washed in COLD WATER to maintain its quality, then AIR DRIED. Heat will RUIN YOUR ITEM. Our products may always be dry-cleaned, but we urge you to rather wash them for the health of your pet unless you use an organic dry cleaner. You may need to brush the fur to re-fluff afterwards. We are not responsible for items that may become damaged from IMPROPER washing or drying.

Returns: Pre-authorization is required. If something is not quite perfect, we will be glad to fix the problem or give you a full replacement at our expense. In the event that the colors do not suit your needs please return the products within 2 weeks of receipt, in unused condition and we will gladly replace the item to your new specifications free of charge. If we repair a zipper or a chewed off cord you must thoroughly wash everything before sending it to us for repair.

Nail Snags: If your pet has sharp nails we recommend to simply trimming any snags to maintain your treasures beauty. We are very thoughtful in the selection of fabrics and can provide you with alternatives to chenille super durable fabrics if you are in necessary. We are not liable for nail snags, but they are manageable and easy to maintain if you follow our directions. We are not liable for planned obsolescence that the fabric manufacture has built into the making of their fabrics that we have used. Treat every carefully crafted piece with love and care and they will last like any piece of fine furniture in your home; for a very long time.
